My enthusiasm towards counselling and psychology have developed since young. I am grateful to have the opportunities to enter the life of my clients. There is nothing more rewarding than synchronising with them and witnessing their improvement. I am especially passionate about working with teenagers and adults with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, motivation issue and low self-esteem by facilitating self-understanding and developing greater psychological well-being. I work from a person-centered, strengths-based approach, and have been trained from several treatment modalities: Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy (STST), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Therapy is not one size fits all, I strive to understand your individual need and provide you with tailored experience.
Changes are always possible because you have your internal resources to grow. It takes courage to start a new adventure in counselling, whilst the safe and non-judgmental space during our session would help alleviate your worries.
