As a dedicated counsellor, Indra is deeply passionate about guiding individuals on their journey to rise above past experiences and uncover their innate potential. With a Masters in Guidance and Counselling with distinction, over a decade of dedicated mindfulness practice, and experience working in both Canada and Hong Kong, Indra brings a wealth of experiential wisdom to her counselling sessions.

Her approach is holistic, drawing from a rich tapestry of therapeutic modalities including mindfulness-based therapies, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).  She firmly believes in the transformative power of integrating these approaches to address a spectrum of challenges.

In her practice, Indra specializes in assisting clients grappling with stress, anxiety, and depression.  Additionally, she provides support for individuals navigating the complexities of parenting and relationships.  Through a collaborative and empathetic process, she strives to create a safe space where clients can explore their inner landscapes with honesty and vulnerability.  Her aim is to empower individuals to cultivate resilience, foster self-compassion, and develop practical strategies for navigating life’s challenges.
