Jimmy’s therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that life’s struggles, though difficult, can open the door to profound transformation.

Using an integrative approach to therapy, he specializes in areas such as anxiety, depression, relationships, complex trauma, grief, addictions, personality disorders, self-esteem, parenting, eating disorders, and life transitions.

Our relationships deeply shape who we are and how we find fulfilment. Yet past wounds, family histories, and painful experiences can make connecting with others challenging. Whether you feel stuck in old patterns, caught in repeating conflicts, or struggle to trust, Jimmy approaches each story with compassion and a focus on healing. He accompanies clients in nurturing healthier, more fulfilling relationships—both with others and within themselves—as he firmly believes that relationships are the foundation of wellbeing and a source of renewal and hope.

Having lived in various parts of the world, Jimmy brings sensitivity to multicultural experiences. He has provided counselling services in clinics, corporate organizations, international schools, and in partnership with NGOs and charities, warmly supporting individuals from diverse cultural, professional, and personal backgrounds.

Driven by a commitment to empathy and authenticity, Jimmy cultivates a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, valued, and genuinely supported. He believes everyone has a unique story worth sharing, and considers it an honour to walk alongside each individual as they courageously embrace new chapters of healing and growth.
