Jimmy has a deep appreciation for the unique stories each individual brings to counselling. As these narratives unfold, he is dedicated to supporting clients to turn a new page.

Jimmy believes that barriers to fulfilment often arise from unconscious patterns shaped by emotional needs. He guides clients in uncovering these patterns, understanding their values and needs, and empowering them to break free from cycles that perpetuate depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and issues related to eating, addictions, and obsessive-compulsive behaviours. Additionally, Jimmy is experienced in supporting clients through complex trauma, abuse, parenting challenges, neurodiversity, and life transitions such as grief, relocation, and separation.

His holistic approach incorporates Emotion-Focused Therapy, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Psychoanalytic Therapy, which together are particularly beneficial in addressing dysfunctional relationship dynamics in marriages, families, workplaces, and within oneself.

Having lived in various parts of the world, Jimmy is attuned to the intricacies of multicultural lifestyles. His experience in providing counselling services in corporate settings, clinics, and international schools enables him to compassionately support expatriates and individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Clients often describe Jimmy’s style as warm, understanding, and non-judgmental. His goal is to facilitate lasting change through a counselling experience that embraces your past and present. By unpacking complex and powerful emotions, Jimmy is wholeheartedly dedicated to helping clients find freedom in being their authentic selves.
